Subject: [PATCH] fix(themes): show author avatars on installed theme cards

Installed theme cards rendered only an initial because their manifests store the author name, not an avatar URL. Use the EZPPFarm avatar endpoint with the author name and keep the initial as the image-load fallback, matching the community workshop presentation.
