HorizonCode 5613c3be25 fix(workshop): make moderation and install flows production ready 
Replace the remaining native prompt and confirm calls with an in-app action dialog, including focus handling and inline errors. Guard likes and concurrent moderation loads, surface stale-data errors, paginate the review queue, and keep load-more state local to each list. Allow the packaged app to reach the workshop host for API calls and previews.
