cmyui 913d90a542 feat: unify RX/AP PP into modern osu module, deprecate osu_2019

- Add streams_nerf to modern osu module for RX mode
  - Detects stream-heavy maps via aim/speed difficult strain count ratio
  - Applies accuracy-based penalty to aim PP when ratio < 1.09
- Deprecate osu_2019 module (modern osu module now supports RX/AP)
- Add tests for RX/AP PP calculation
